Vendor Responsibility

- Required licenses, registrations, and certifications are maintained.
- Products do not infringe any intellectual property rights.
- Vendors are responsible for product quality, safety, and authenticity.
Customer Orders
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- An order confirmation does not guarantee shipment.
SWPOSHA reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Payments
- Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates only.

- SWPOSHA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, vendor actions, or service interruptions.
Vendor Disputes
Any dispute regarding:
- Product quality
- Product authenticity
- Warranty claims
- Delivery issues
shall first be addressed between the customer and vendor, with SWPOSHA acting as a facilitator where appropriate.
Food & Wellness Disclaimer
For food, wellness, herbal, Ayurvedic, and self-care products:
- Product information is for general informational purposes only.
- Statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Account Suspension
