How to Use for the Perfect Feast
Soak your chickpeas overnight and pressure cook them with a touch of salt. In a pan, sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and fresh tomato purée until they release oil. Add 2 generous tablespoons of SWPOSHA Chole Masala and let the spices bloom in the heat. Stir in your cooked chickpeas, mash a few against the side of the pot to thicken the gravy, and simmer on low heat. Garnish with fresh coriander and julienned ginger.
